What is AlphaVPN?
A WireGuard® VPN run on our own servers. Your device encrypts everything it sends and the tunnel ends at the location you pick, so websites and your network see that server instead of you.
Do I need an account?
Yes — one free Alpha account, created in a minute from the app. The same account works on every device your plan allows, and it is how a paid plan finds you.
What do you record?
How much data each account uses, because that is how plans and data caps work, plus the connection details a server needs to run. Your private key is made on your device and never reaches us.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Plans are paid by card through our checkout. A plan simply runs out at the end of its period unless you renew it — there is nothing to cancel.
Which devices work?
Android has our own app. Windows, macOS, iPhone and Linux work today with the official WireGuard app and a configuration from support.
What happens when I reach my data cap?
The app shows your usage as you go. At the cap the tunnel closes until the period resets or you move to a bigger plan.
